Using Ubuntu 15.04 and this bug is still there. For an image viewer this is
pretty serious. Importance "low" does not really apply here I think.
Bug has been around since 2012.
Try it with an image with color #283449.

I have the same problem with a Logitech Performance MX mouse.
I am on Ubuntu 13.04 (uprgade from 12.10).
The mouse used to work on 12.10 and also worked on 13.04, then after a couple
of upgrades this behavior appeared.
I also connected a Logitec Anywhere MX, and this does not seem to have the

Well, actually I still have problems...
I am still using the default Ubuntu 10.10 driver (currently I am on kernel
2.6.35-22.35).
When I boot under battery power only, WLAN connects as expected, but when I
suspend an wake the system up after a few minutes it will not connect again. I

Sorry, I figured out what the problem was after I read all th posts.
I deleted /etc/Wireless/RT2870STA/RT2870STA.dat (which was created by
installing the proprietary driver) and then the default Ubuntu driver worked in
all cases.
I maybe should have done a "make uninstall" when I decided to rev

Same issue here.
In the past (older Ubuntu versions) the issue could be solved by putting

in the Session Preferences, but that only takes care of setting sound output to
the correct card. The Mixer on my keyboard is randomly assigned to one of my

Sounds plausible.
Strange thing is that in the mean time I upgraded to 1:2.0.0+beta6-1ubuntu4.
The problem was still there: I occasionally got a crash-report after I logged
in to Gnome. Then I tried to reproduce what you said in your post; I closed

Sorry that I posted the last reply twice, I did not trust that replying
to an email posted the message on this page.
Anyhow: in the mean time I have checked 0.20-fixes, which is a branch in
SVN obviously. And NO, the bug is not yet fixed in 0.20-fixed.

The Segfault of the frontend does not happen every time the backend
exits like this.
I saw in Mythtv SVN that it was fixed. I do not know about the
0.20-fixes (is that a separate release? Where do I find it?). Have not
tested SVN yet though.
I tried switching the order of things in the database (
