I found the relevant files on the system and can manually delete or edit
as needed. All that is needed is for "Main Menu" editor to search this
file location:

Try creating a new project and dragging the two attached files to your
timeline. (I tried with a different video and didn't have a problem).
I have only used PiTiVi two times (other than followup for the handful
of bugs I filed). So I don't have a lot of experience with it.

The MusicXML file created by Audiveris is bad. If you open it in the
latest nightly builds of MuseScore the score is messy but it doesn't
crash.
