Binary package hint: pitivi
1. Open the File menu in PiTiVi
2. Look at the menu items for "Open" and "Save As"
Expected behavior: Menu items should be written as "Open..." and "Save
As..." since both require more information from the user
Actual behavior: Menu items are written as "Open" and "Save As" without
the ellipse
