And second, /var/log syslog spitted off tons of lines with pulseaudio
blaming some Intel driver that was loaded, but my board shouldn't use
it, since it us

Trying winedbg without gdb, results are slightly different:

It's with 4x4 Evolution.
I had been testing with DirectX and works fine, but way too slow --
around 28fps no matter what I do to increase the rate. Meanwhile, with
same hardware but on OpenGL with no vblank sync I could measure 100-130
fps and with vblank drops to 50Hz (lcd refresh rate) and it's

Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: wine1.2
After last update (few minutes ago) Wine OpenGL stopped working with
some game. Shortly after calling game, a popup dialog shows up:

I didn't touch my video settings; only Wine and
Now I left if frozen after re-add it to the panel, closed the session
and when back, plugin detected my location flawlessly. Maybe the fault
isn't related to the plugin itself, but to some external helper (to
detect my location by ip address, for example). What doesn't make sense
is the plugin free

It used to work fine and suddenly started to show "No Data". Logoff and
logon back worked for a while. So, after some hours I killed it (it was
frozen again) exited from xfce and when back, tried to put it back on.
Networking is fine

Here is 2.6.6 on Lucid. It seems msn protocol on Pidgin uses msn proxy,
which makes things slow. msn-pecan used to be better regarding
filetransfers (not sure how it is nowdays, because I'm using the native
support).
If someone is curious, just install msn-pecan and change account's
protocol from
Pidgin 2.6.6 on Lucid stills with same problem. Contact with mobile
number goes offline and a cellphone icon appears on contact list. I need
to logoff and logon on msn to show the contact as (really) offline. By
the way, I know the same icon could mean the contact is running some
sort of msn client
Until last night it was showing up "12 days since last update" and
opening now, showed up "8 hours". And after looking for new updates,
"less than one hour". :-)
