1) open Inkscape (0.48 in my case)
2) choose menu/File/Save as
3) input non ascii characters in title field such as "RĂ©seau"
4) close Inkscape
5) Inkscape fails to open the file

Updating to NetworkManager 0.8.1 (i.e. updating from Lucid to Maverick)

According to apt-file, the icons are not in the plasma-widget-network-manager
package. It seems icons from the oxygen theme (located in
/usr/share/icons/oxygen, probably 22x22) are used including:

gives Ruby binding for Plasma.
