Not to be discouraging, but I've noted that mice frequently have trouble with these boxes under the best of conditions. Some PS/2 ports just won't work with them at all, and some operating systems (as you've seen) handle some configurations better than others. I frequently have to reboot a part

Hi. I'm having a hard time getting my mouse to work through my new kvm switchbox. It works fine for the nt box, but the mouse doesnt respond in x. Hopefully this is not one of the things 'that need work'. Heres the setup... linux box (ps/2 port) -> ps/2-to-serial changer -> serial port on switch
