Sounds like DNS. Are you using PAP to dial in via Kppp. If not there is an area within the setup of kppp that you can place you ISP's DNS servers so that it can resolve the address, or even if your using PAP go ahead and place the DNS servers within Kppp setup just to be sure. Kppp will write to
