This installs mp4ff headers required for a new mpd version.
I've already made such a patch some time ago, but there have been some
tears because it broke audacious-plugins. This happend because faad
doesn't install mp4ff properly, and instead of fixing it, everyone
thinks it's a good idea to ship

Attached is my port of ent. It works on -current (i386, amd64 and
sparc64). I don't have other archs to test on. I made the man page as
small and simple as possible.

I've been running with the attached patch on most of my machines without
problems. It's the original diff sthen@ sent, plus one additional patch
from na...@.

the opera team released another beta build with unite.
this is not the same as Nikolay sent a while ago, it is
still totally seperate (in /usr/local/opera10) and uses
a .opera10 profile directory. so it can be installed
independently.
