Infer – many good mentorable bugs filed

Hey all. I filed many bugs blocking [1] that infer has caught. These bugs will be good mentored bugs – they are generally straight-forward so feel free to recommend them to contributors! They're also a good candidate to fix when you have a free cycle or two – infer catches NullPointerExceptions

Also, looking at the config, I see that this only runs robocop unit tests. What about the other test suites we have, like mochitests?
