Hey all. I filed many bugs blocking [1] that infer has caught. These bugs will be good mentored bugs – they are generally straight-forward so feel free to recommend them to contributors!
They're also a good candidate to fix when you have a free cycle or two – infer catches NullPointerExceptions and resource leaks, which are some of the most difficult to track and destructive errors we come across. --- As a reminder, to get the latest bugs from infer, see [2]. Alternatively, I also wrote a script that pulls from that page and filters it for files we care about [3].
