[Libreoffice-qa] Renamed Linux dev packages

Hi, we decided to use dev build for the official 3.5 beta builds but there was missing desktop integration on Linux. It was not easy to add it if the package name include dash '-'. In addition, there were inconsistencies because most package names were "libo-dev" but the ure package was "lodev".
