You don't need to export anything. It seems that there is a problem in
detecting the GPG installation on Windows. A workaround this is to go
to the GPG installation directory "C:\Program Files (x86)\GNU\GnuPG\"
copy "gpg2.exe" (keep gpg2.exe) and rename the copy to "gpg.exe".
