Its not necessary Loic, linux-hwe is a derivative of the kinetic kernel, and it will be automatically built and pushed to -proposed in due course, likely over the next few days. It will be a part of the 5.19.0-44 HWE kernel. I'll keep an eye on it, I don't think the HWE kernel is moving to the 6.2
