I hit this problem 'rcp_preemp detected expedited stalls on CPUs/tasks'
today. When it appears, ssh breaks and any command can not be run. After
upgrading the kernel to a version larger than 5.15.0-60.66 (it's
5.15.0-74-generic now), the problem disappeared.
