It sounds like btrfs+compress-zstd is just blocking too much if there is
no problem with ext4.

  ubuntu 23.04 interrupt sound (interval 5-30s) if the disk is writing data 
(btrfs+compress-zstd)
  before upgrading from ubuntu 22.04+pulse interrupt sound one time (1-10s) 
only when ending write

  interrupt sound
  net download (15M/bit max) or copy and write to btrfs+compress-zstd. download 
app: (firefox, uget, seamonkey, yt-dlp, synaptic)
  playing app: (vlc, rhythmbox, smplayer)
  interrupted sound even if the file is played from another disc.

  sound OK if write to ext4 or ramdisc.
