network is off and mouse does not respond after a few seconds the sreen
flickers and goes black for a second then back on with network and mouse

The link above is the USB3 fix I implemented with 12.10 to get it to
sleep and wake with this hardware I am currently using. It makes no

The ISO of 2013-09-20 that contained the 3.11.0-7 #14 kernel does not
boot and the same issue remains.
Removed tags as my hardware has the latest BIOS.
A new 3.11.0-8 #15 has landed and I will test as soon as it's runs into
the latest daily ISO.
