`nvidia-graphics-drivers-kms.conf` has wrong settings in it:
options nvidia-drm modeset=1
1. It has to be `nvidia_drm` not `nvidia-drm`
2. Enabling modeset driver is not enough for Plasma wayland session to work.
One has to enable fbdev to.

options nvid

demonstrably fix a bug, and each patch is vetted by upstream
by originating either directly
The kernel team says they plan on releasing 6.13 and Nvidia-570. So we
don't expect this to be a problem in the release.
