You probably need to copy over Ubuntu's stock kernel config file.
They normally can be found at '/boot/config-*'. Copy that to the kernel

I found 22 October 2023 :when problems happen with Ubuntu,
it is also produced not Ctrl Key in windows 10 too.
So it is hardware related not software.

I was experimenting with kdump yesterday. It worked "out of the box" on
another computer of mine but not on the one with the freeze-on-resume
problem. However, I got several package upgrades yesterday, including a
new kernel 5.15.0-87-generic. I tried it and I was very surprised to see
