yes we do have NFSv3 in our environment and mostly all PHP requests pull
files sitting in network storage. However "waiting access" (wa)
indicator is close to zero while inspecting "top".
In the past when we had had issues with NFS3 most processes slow down
while waiting for I/O thus

I have the same problem, but with Ubuntu 22. Using xset does resolve
the issue, but then the problem is that when my computer does go to
sleep, the monitor does not power down -- the screen is just blank but
still powered.

the kernel net selftest suite a few weeks ago, and no one else seems to
be experiencing similar problems that I can find.

My Legion do not freze but quite offten resets unexpectedly.
After such reset WiFi is not available.
Also number of errors in succesive boots differs:
