  [L860R+ Linux][Dell][dell-bto-jammy-jellyfish-
  arcanine-X56-20221213-16.iso] The test notebook cannot enter into
  sleep state after clicking the "suspend" and waking up soon

Bug description:
  We update the dell-bto-jammy-jellyfish-arcanine-X56-20221213-16.iso image to 
test notebook and use it to test the suspend function.
  When we click the suspend menu, then the PC screen will goto black, but it 
will recover quickly by itself and cannot enter into sleep statu.
  The attachment is the dmesg log. The log shows the issue maybe related with 
e1000e device.
  Please help to check this issue.
