So, right now i am working with new (native ubuntu, 5.37) libbluetooth
and with bluez 5.27 downloaded from bluez.org, and there are no lags at
all, only disconnects. So i guess the reason for lags is in bluez

Tim: Correct, there is no need to also test 4.4.0-30.
Given that we've had no further reports of this problem, we'll now
consider it to be verified as fixed in the -proposed kernels. Those
kernels are scheduled to be released via standard -updates within the
next week.
