attached log) on my system, even after rebooting twice. I used "stress
--cpu 8" to confirm that the frequencies remained at 800MHz even under

Thanks, Hans. We are trying to identify the last kernel version that
did not have this bug, and the first kernel version that does. We can
start a bisect once we know those two versions.
