So after plasma 6.2, it went away for a while, and then came back. I've noticed
some patterns: it tends to happen more when using the linux-zen kernel rather
then the linux-lts kernel.

I've discovered that trying to open an appimage in this broken state freezes
(and crashes?) plasma (have to restart afterwards). Launching appimage from
