Currently in this broken state, no cannot opened any pinned task manager entries from Icons only task manager widget, application menu widget, or the desktop. I can still use the system overall though, as I have Konsole open, and can launch any app from the command line. Don't know if it's related or anything, also noticed when I was editing the icons only task manager, the configuration window opened up fine. Seems like it's just opening applications through plasma. Out of curiousity, also looked up how to launch desktop files, and was able to do `gtk-launch org.kde.konsole.desktop` in the command line without any issues.
