There's a comment fairly early in shouldRespond:
/* Note: the domain-part of all addresses are canonicalized */
Does this mean that parse_address() is always going to return an
addr-spec, as per RFC2822 section 3.4.1?
Thanks,
James

We have cyrus 2.2.10 installed on Solaris 9. When cyrus starts up and
runs ctl_cyrusdb -r it hangs. I've trussed it and it doesn't seem to
be doing anything. If I add a -x to prevent cleanup it does not hang.
I've tried removing all DBs out of cyrus/config/ except for mailboxes.db

I tried copying some mail folders from one server to another and it
failed during the copy. The folders that were created during this
copy at this point can not be removed. I keep getting errors about
not being able to remove them. I have tried fixing the problem by
deleting the folders in /usr/
sefull.
It only works with the sasldb for now.

I use horde/imp and smartsieve for my sieve filtering.
I use MailScanner/Spamassassin for the virus and spam filtering.

We don't have a disk you can buy, but it shouldn't take you too long to
build up a server image that does what you are wanting.

Or if MailWatch is doing too much or not enough for you, just use it as
a template for a Custom Function to plug into MailScanner to do the
archiving you are looking to do.

Hi all,
I'm trying to run cyrus-imapd-2.2.8 and I'm having all kinds of problems.
Anytime imap gets called by master it complains.
I'm running a Debian Sid (mixed with a bit of Sarge). Using BerkeleyDB-4.2
(w/the 2 patches). One note, I wasn't able to get cyrus-imapd to compile
with db-4.2 w/out
Hi everyone,
I've been searching around and haven't had much success finding a good
reference for setting up cyrus-imap to use client side certificates.
The Installing and Configuring the Imap server doc doesn't have much info
about how to do this.

Hello everyone,
I am preparing to move from the default wu-imapd to cyrus. I am very new
to cyrus though. I've been using my server with Squirrelmail and would
like to preserve all the information if possible. I am preparing to move
to OpenGroupware. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks,

It should be in the archives of the MailScanner mailing list.
My approach moves the files out, learns and then reconstructs the folder, since
I never got around to doing the IMAP::Admin interface method. :)

| Basically, which IMAP client support displaying and/or editing ACL ?
|
It isn't a mail client, but if you grab the latest development version of
mailadmin from cvs at http://mailadmin.sf.net/ there is support for editing ACL's.
We are getting ready to make a release soon.
