This may be a bug in 5.0 (like I said I'm using 5.5). Last thing to try that I can think of would be to make sure you have the latest folder list from the server (which it sounds like you have), then after clicking "Go To", if you right mouse click on the folder itself you might see a section w

What version of Cyrus? If you are using 1.6.x or 1.5.x you could probably rsync over the users mailbox directories under the mail partiton (usually /var/spool/imap) to the new server. You can then rip out the relevant lines in /var/imap/mailboxes and put them in /var/imap/mailboxes on the new se

Assuming your email address change is as straight forward as you indicate ( ie, no names where truncated before but now they wont be etc ) then you may find it much easier to leave the Cyrus mailboxes as is and go to your sendmail configuration and add a rule to the cyrus delivery agent to remove
