belongs to my
company and can be tracked down by domain name. The only point of using
the alias was to get around the confirmation requirement.
So, would it be possible to use the "To:" address for the name of the
mailing list rather than the "Delivered-To:"? Pretty please?

As long as there are no annoying pop-up ads, I don't see any problem
with a discreet ad banner - which would be ignored anyway. Of course,
you also can't have a mandatory click-through like Yahoo! groups,
either.

is really isn't Mail Archive's problem; the only solution for that is
for listserves to eliminate that footer message or give alternate
instructions for unsubscribing.

can't be archived here, but the older messages at

ld just be queued away and indexed as it's received - a
much less consumptive process. And only if one actually were to call up
a mailing list archive - or particular message - would the appropriate
HTML be generated, "just-in-time," using ASP or something like that.

Does this mean the messages from the 17th are lost forever? Or will
they will magically appear sometime when you've able to retrieve them?
