This is a good idea, and would save the secretary time when checking an account
request. Having a parsable email saves a large amount of time.
Where do you plan to document this prescription?

People often have many names, most of which do not matter for governance
purposes:
their actual name
their email from address
their nickname
their github id
their ASF id
It can be diff
