tried to associate this file type with libreoffice-writer. But as I
said before after closing the dialogue it resets itself to text
editor “leafpad”.
I
opened the default list as you said. I changed manually
leafpad.

It would seem that installing elementary requires elm_prefs_cc to be
installed. The problem is that you need to install elementary to get
elm_prefs_cc installed.
I worked around this by changing elementary/src/Makefile so that the
elm_prefs_cc parameter was a relative reference to bin/elm_prefs_cc

Hi David,
now I rethink... when I created ibar on desktop, first "e" make another
default ibar which has GIMP too. An error messages appears related to size
of something (if I remeber well) but disappears immediately. I'll verify .
For keyboard layout do you think I must set some variables??
