Hi there, the same device currently has ubuntu 19.10 and I have updates
installed every 2-3 days.
This is still an issue for my device, and currently I use a duel boot of
windows to get audio (works fine)
I intend to update to major releases when they drop (ie 20.04) when they
become available.

The secondary crash doesn't occur without the first fix. You cannot
reach it until the first fix is applied. However, I suppose it is in a
different bit of code, but it is only reached when you use indirect GLX
