I have stripped out almost all of it and export what is needed by
python-llama-cpp.

After reading the debian-devel list for a few months, I decided that I would
rather not apply, and this removed most of my incentive for packaging bmf
myself. It would be nice if someone did package bmf, though, and I would
gladly accept an offer to do so.
