and your point?
ext2 is built on top of ext2.
fat32 to ntfs, kissing cousins, micr
bian maintainer has a weird numbering scheme. Gaim is
at 0.7.1, not 1:0.6.4.
Best to grab from source.
And I grabbed source directly from gaim.soureforge.com. I by passed
aptitude all together.
I them used checkinstall to created a deb file once I compiled it.

One way, though a number of steps.
Open the file in your favorite editor/viewer (gimp), and then print to

After that run ps2pdf *.ps, and you have a PDF files of the pic

Why not grab the source code, and compile it yourself?
I do this with "sarge", coupled with a program called CheckInstall,
which will make a *.deb for your, so your system stays all deb al
ound & setup the vesa driver for it, and it appears to be
working just fine this way.
Not exactly the answer you're looking for, but a place to start.

Is there a "recent" version of emacs that is not gnomified with all of

The version loaded with sarge has new keystrokes for doing things, and
has become annoying (IMHO).

This is weird. For the past few weeks, I've been trying to install
