Got it installed, but still erroring out with the same message.
I've checked, and libglib1.2-dev is installed, in /usr.
I've run "ldconfig -vv" to get things "set" in the libs.
I've running "./configure --disable-gtk-test" no good :-(
Any other suggestions?
