But as i already said RC2 is on the way with lot of bugfixes, also the
"netbase" package were update recently iirc, so better to wait a bit (2 or

weeks i guess).

Yes it is, but not with netinstall image.

While in d-i you can always switch to the "loging
console" with ALT+F4. There it should be more
verbose about what´s going on.
