I tried to compile the last version of lyx2 ( beta), I always got the error

It seems that there is some problem with the lyx-qt package under
unstable. Some of the math fonts (arrows and greek that I am aware of)
are only functional if lyx-xforms is also installed. Otherwise they are
not seen in the document, and appear as text instead.
Where should I report such a bug
I seem to have lost most of the mathematical symbols in lyx.
Can't see any of the arrows or Greek for example.
Anyone knows where these symbols come from?

found.

What color depth is your X server running at? Chances are this problem
will disappear if you run X at 16bpp or 32bpp (but not 24, 15, or 8
bpp). It's a colormap problem...

with it, but I have one problem: it does not interpret the lyxcode
environment correctly. Instead of nice fixed-width output, I get the
normal typeface in the final HTML.
