Toshiba Tecra 8000, running Sarge.
I am now working on the card in an older Toshiba, a Portege 660CDT,
running Woody. It is the same soundcard as the other machine, an
OPL3SA2. The BIOS yields these figures:

I now have ndiswrapper installed, can load the driver with modprobe,
but have yet to make my LinkSys card connect to the network.

Color depths does not change anything (I have run at 4 different ones.)
Apps that I know have this issue are: GAIM, Everybuddy, and Gabber. I
suspect more have this problem. This leads me to think it's a X4.1 bug,

Do I have to build them myself, or are they in a .deb? If I have to

I set my 610 up with printtool and it is first rate..Far better than it
worked in xp pro..
