I just experienced a pseudo denial of service issue. A server of ours
runs woody and bind seems to have filled syslog and daemon.log with
about 1.3g worth of messages along the lines of

Hi,
If you use a debian rescue disk, you can boot into your system this by
passing the kernel the correct arguments such as
linux root=/dev/yourrootpartition
after its booted up, you should be able to just run lilo to re-install
it.

I upgraded my machine a couple of days ago to an asus p4p800 motherboard
