records. nsupdate barfs when it encounters this and won't do the update. I was

reading/writing CD's burnt using DIRECT CD software from Windows. The CD is
burnt in UDF format.

We have mostly Windows boxes here on the LAN--20 computers in
all--but also two Linuces running Samba. The one I was thinking
of using as a file server for a workgroup here, though, has
proved to be strangely slower than the other when sending files
to a Windows box. Both are Pentium

Hello everyone,
I have a remote samba fs mounted using automount, however when I reset
this machine (as you often need to do with windows boxes!) I have to
manually umount it before it can be used again.
Is this usually a cron job? Am I just being impatient?

which will draw the base system et all from SID eliminating the need to
either upgrading from stable or hand defining your sources when you are
installing from a CD-ROM meant for installing 2.2r3?
