Yes this feature is also available in kernel 2.4.x. You have do select in Conslole drivers ---> [*] VGA text console and [*] Video mode selection support. Then set in your /etc/lilo.conf: vga=ask to find out a good vga mode. Then you have to use the numbers like 0122, 0123..... for vga=. Importand: don't forget to use a x. VGA mode 0122 has to been enabled with vga=0x122 in your lilo.conf. And don't forget the # lilo after cahnging lilo.conf! Timo -- Wer Käse mag, der futtert auch Füsse! :-)
