I needed to remove $HOME/.kde/share/config/kmailrc and re-create all KMail
config to make it work.
I've also changed my IMAP account display name.
It's now Working!! :-)

favourite icons ( favicons dir ) and some more directories for similar
purposes. So this directory shouldn't be auto-cleaned up. Hence it can't be
in /tmp.

other kde component) is using /var/tmp/kdecache-login :
