number seems roughly proportional to the size of the document.

3. this table at the start of the document can still not be destroyed, and I
think _this_ was the core of the issue submitted to the debian BTS

Hint names customarily have plural form, so that should be "Editors" not
"Editor". Maybe there are others too, I did not review the whole file.
