hen dpkg calls `postrm remove`. So, at the
purging stage when dpkg calls `postrm purge` the file [1] doesn't
exist.
Also, the /usr/share/cli-common/policy-remove can use `rm -f` instead
of rm to fix this.
Please correct me if I am wrong. Other packages might also fail to
purge because of this
