Thank you for the report Chris. I guess this issue was caused by the libslf4j-java/1.7.14-1 update where I replaced the custom OSGi metadata with the one used upstream. This changed the Bundle-SymbolicName from org.slf4j to slf4j.api but I fail to see how to modify eclipse-egit to use the new name.
