Hi,
python-heat is not installable in sid since it depends on
python-sqlalchemy (< 0.8).
However, the version of python-sqlalchemy available in sid is 0.8.2-1.

I guess we really need a lintian error for this (well it's in progress),
since the direct method of installing to /etc/php5/conf.d was obsoleted in
wheezy. But I am not good of communicating this to downstream modules.
