Hi,
i've have looked to the attached syslog [1] on #598062 which seems to be
the same problem.
Grub-installer is not the only package that fails to being installed.
There are some errors before:

Both procmeter3-xaw and procmeter3-gtk2 work on my amd64 sid system,
so something might be wrong on your side.
