I find some error in dbus and system-tools-backends config script
two slash in path for this script script:
/usr/share/system-tools-backends-2.0/scripts/SystemToolsBackends.pl
and in
/usr/share/dbus-1/services/org.freedesktop.SystemToolsBackends.UsersConfig.service
