I've prepared the package that fixes this bug, and I'm going to upload it
as an NMU.
It mainly adds the build-dependecy and the changelog entry. Very simple
fix.
I'm attaching the full interdiff output of the NMU I'm about to do.

Hi,
due to a dependency problem (at least in sid), the package isn't
installable, it depends on "libetpan6" which "does not exist" (but
"libetpan8" does).
I don't know if this library is mandatory since sylpheed-claws doesn't
need any libetpan.
thanks
hello all,
I have created a package of apt-proxy which contains the fixing of this
bug and all other bugs for that was a patch avaible. For me it work very
fine.
It can be found at http://www.daniel.baur4.info/public/debian/apt-proxy/
Please note that I'm not a debian-developper and using is on

It looks like the code uses st in the if just before the deref_stat coll
that fills in st. The following patch moves the deref_stat call before
the if, and keeps the return value for the if inside to use, so that the

I've prepared a new package for gal, and I intend to upload it.
This package adds the correct build dependency, as suggested by Daniel
Schepler.
It also fixes the problem with binaryNMUs (359683), and cleans up
debian/copyright a bit, so that lintian does not complain.
Enjoy.

I'm reading a thread in pkg-java-maintainer's list from december 2005
where we wonder why gnujaxp is still in it's own package (it's
integrated in classpath now).

Package: pango-libthai
Severity: serious
The pango-libthai package relies on pango-querymodules, but it doesn't
depend on libpango1.0-common. Currently, this package is pulled by
chance because of a circular dependency with libpango1.0-0, but this
circular dependency will be removed.

Forgot to mention that the patch also adds proper dependencies for the
udeb. This is possible since a few months (after changes in dpkg and
dephelper).

Hello All,
I've checked out all open CVE's with respect to sarge. All are already
fixed in sid. I've prepared a package that fixes the ones that are
relevant. See the breakdown here:
> CVE-2005-3621 CRLF injection vulnerability in phpMyAdmin before 2.6.4-pl4
Package: heroes-ggi
Version: 0.21-6
Severity: serious
heroes-ggi needs to be rebuild against libgii1. Currently, it depends
on libgii0 (through the build-dep on libggi2), but libgii0 was removed
from sid, and libggi2 now depends on libgii1.
