Hi,
the copyright information which needs to be verbatim includes also the
licenese grant. Therfore is your d/copyright not verbatim as per
policy...
So this is RC.

Attached find a debdiff and a git-diff to add the "or (at your option) any later
version" clause to debian/copyright.
The debdiff is created using HEAD in git as the original package (so probably
