I'm getting the same problem with rhythmbox that Drag is getting. I
made a video of a session showing when it does work as advertised and
also when it doesn't.
It seems if you set the audio from the mixer you'll get the sound
diminishing each time unless you're set at 100%. If you se
I have a similar problem with Rhythmbox 0.12.3.. except it's about the
opposite. It makes the volume too low.
Not on the first time you play a song... it just lowers the volume
slightly. Then each song it lowers it more. After about 2-3 songs the
volume is inaudable at usually 0%.

Yes it's only with Rhythmbox. No porblem with Totem.
