I did what Florian Grandel suggested on 9 Dec 2009. Switch Spell compiled and
pidgin lists it as a plugin. It is however listed in grey and cannot be
enabled. The message is "Error: undefined symbol:
delete_aspell_dict_info_enumeration." There is a bug report for PluginPack2.3.0

just to report that Switch Spell plugin depends also from libaspell-dev
for succefull compilation (It's missing in depends on control file).
