Sorry for the confusion. In my mind, the bug was for the torrents not
starting fast enough, and the unique piece numbers not being
found 463676 0.1.7

Both times I did an "update" in aptitude, then checked the status
page before starting the download.
The first time I noticed on the status page that things were stuck
"waiting for hashcheck" and restarted debtorrent-client b
